When you send a booking offer, the subject line is the first thing people see. You can save a default subject for your Account so new booking emails start from a sensible template — with variables for the event, booking, and people involved — instead of typing it from scratch each time.
How to set it
Go to Settings → Emails.
Open Subject lines.
Enter your default booking email subject. You can insert variables (for example event title or booking reference) with the variable picker.
Save.
The next time you compose a booking email, that subject is used as the starting point when the booking does not already have its own subject.
Tips
Leave the field empty if you prefer to write the subject from scratch on each send.
Variables resolve when you send — preview them in the composer before you hit send.
Saving a custom subject template may require a plan that includes saved messages in email.
