Booking emails and saved message bodies can use light formatting — bold, italic, lists, links, and merge variables — so what you send looks clear without opening a full document editor.
Where it shows up
Booking email composer when you send an offer or reply in the thread
Saved messages under Settings (and when you pick a saved message while composing)
Deal terms and clauses when you view formatted offer text
How to format while writing
Open a booking and start composing an email, or edit a saved message in Settings.
Select text in the message body.
Use the formatting bar that appears to bold, italicize, add a list, or insert a link.
Type
{{to insert a variable (for example the other side’s first name or the event title).
You can also select text and use Improve writing when AI access is available — it rewrites the selection and leaves your merge variables alone.
Tips
Keep formatting simple. Recipients read these in email clients that may strip fancy styles.
Preview the message before you send so variables resolve the way you expect.
Reminder composers still use a simpler plain-text field for now — formatting you save on reminder templates in Settings is flattened to plain text when the reminder is sent.
