When someone opens your booking offer email or shared offer page, they see a clear document heading at the top — by default, Booking Offer. If your Account usually sends something else (for example a venue hire agreement), you can set that wording once so new bookings pick it up automatically.
You can also change the heading on a single booking before you send, without changing your Account default.
Set the default for your Account
Go to Settings → Bookings.
Open Booking titles.
Under Booking offer type, enter the heading you want (up to 25 characters).
Save.
New bookings use this heading when they’re created. Bookings you already sent keep the heading they had when they were created.
Change it on one booking
Open the booking.
Choose Customize title (or the equivalent control in the booking settings).
Update Offer type.
Save, then send or share as usual.
That booking’s offer email and shared page show your updated heading. Your Account default stays the same for future bookings.
Tips
Hold Challenge emails and pages use their own challenge titles — they don’t use Booking offer type.
Leave the field empty to use the platform default (Booking Offer).
Booking templates can store an offer type; applying a template can set that heading on the booking.
You can ask the assistant to update offer types on many existing bookings at once if you need a bulk change.
