Event templates let you save an event setup once and reuse it, so you don't have to rebuild the same details every time. A template can hold your event details, line-up items, ticketing, financials, schedules, and any booking templates you want created alongside the event.
When to use a template
Templates are handy when you run similar events often, like a weekly club night or a recurring festival stage. Save the shape once, then start new events from it in a couple of clicks.
Create an event template
You can build one from scratch or save an existing event as a template.
Go to Settings, then open Event Options and find the templates section.
Choose New template to open the builder. It looks and works just like the live event editor.
Fill in the details, items, ticketing, financials, and schedules you want to reuse.
Give the template a clear name and save it.
Save an existing event as a template
Open the event you want to reuse.
Choose Save as template from the event menu.
Tick the sections to include, then save. The template appears in Settings, ready to reuse.
Start a new event from a template
When you create or edit an event, open the template picker and choose your template.
The event fills in with the saved details. Adjust anything you like before saving.
Applying a saved template to a live event is available on paid plans. Building, editing, and organising templates in Settings is free on every plan.
You can also
Set a template as your default so new events start from it automatically.
Duplicate a template to create a variation without starting over.
Add booking templates to an event template so the bookings are created with the event.
Rename, edit, or delete a template anytime from its row menu in Settings.
Common questions
Will editing a template change events I already created? No. Templates only shape new events at the moment you apply them. Existing events stay as they are.
Can I keep more than one template? Yes. Keep as many as you need and pick the right one each time.
