Connect with Accounts that added you as a contact

Use the Connections inbox to review who saved you, connect the right Account, or ignore for now.

Written by Support

When someone saves you in their contacts, you can connect your Account with theirs — so you both have mutual contacts for bookings and events.

Open Connections

  1. Look in the top header for the Connections icon (badge with a person), between Inbox and notifications.

  2. Open it to see Pending and History.

Pending

Pending lists people and Accounts that added you as a contact across all of your Accounts.

Each row shows who added you (the person when we know them, otherwise the Account) and the name they used for you.

Connect

  1. Choose Connect as {your Account}.

  2. If you have more than one Account, search and pick the right one — or Create new account.

  3. After you connect, both sides get mutual contacts. Live team details stay visible while you're connected.

Ignore

Choose Ignore if you don't want to connect right now. Ignored items move to History, where you can connect later.

History

History shows connections you ignored, declined, or completed. Use Connect as… again on ignored rows when you're ready.

Common questions

  • What does Connect do? It creates mutual contacts between your Account and theirs so you can collaborate on bookings and events. While connected, live Account details they share stay visible on the contact card.

  • Does this affect every Account I belong to? Pending is across all your Accounts, but each Connect action targets the Account you pick in the menu.

  • What if the wrong Account is suggested? Open the account menu, search, and choose a different Account — or create a new one.
