When you’ve saved someone in Contacts but you’re not Connected yet, you can invite them to connect — by email or with a shareable link.
Once they accept, both Accounts get mutual contacts and live Account details can show on the card.
Before you start
Open a contact you own (not only a shared contact).
You’re not already Connected with that Account.
For email invites, the contact needs a deliverable email. You can always copy the link instead.
Invite from a contact
Open Contacts and open the contact.
Open the ⋯ menu on the contact.
Choose Invite to connect.
Pick how to share:
Copy invite link — paste the link into a message yourself.
Send email — review recipients and send a tracked invite.
While the invite is open, the contact can show pending invite status so you know a link is waiting — and you don't send another by accident.
What the other person sees
If they already have a Muzeek account for that email, they’ll sign in and connect with the right Account.
If they’re new, they can create an Account from the invite and finish connecting during signup.
Payment details when they connect
If Collect payment details is on for your Account’s invite links, connecting can also share payment details they already have on file — once, onto that contact’s payment profile.
People who already have an Account see a short acknowledgment before they Connect.
New people can add payment details while creating their Account.
If they don’t have payment details saved yet, Connect still works. You can request details later from the contact’s Payments tab.
After you Disconnect
If you were Connected and then Disconnected, use Invite to connect again from the contact — same path as a first-time invite.
Common questions
Is this the same as Connections in the header? No. Connections is for when someone else already saved you. Invite to connect is when you’re inviting them from your contact card.
Do I need their email? Only to send the invite by email. Copy link works without one.
Can I invite a Connected contact? No — Invite to connect is for contacts that aren’t Connected yet.
Will they share payment details? Only if Collect payment details is on for your invite links. People with details already saved acknowledge once before Connect; new people can add details during signup.
Is this how I share an artist’s calendar with another agency? No. Invite to connect is for mutual contacts. To share work you create for a shared roster member, use Share with other teams — see Share work with other teams.
