Runsheets list every schedule item on an event (load-in, soundcheck, doors, sets, and more) with clear dates and times so your crew can follow the run of show.
Those rows come from event items on the event. To add or edit them, see Add schedule and to-do items to an event. If a time looks wrong when doors move, see Schedule item times for clock time vs before or after event.
How schedule items appear
Open an event and go to the Runsheet tab, or open a tour runsheet.
Each schedule item shows its title and a time line built from its start and end times.
When items span more than one calendar day, date headers group items under each day.
When an item uses a different timezone than the event, the timezone appears on the row so everyone knows which local time to follow.
Copy or share
You can copy the runsheet as markdown from the runsheet view. Date headers and timezone labels are included in the copied text.
Common questions
Why do some items show a timezone and others do not? A label appears when the item's effective timezone differs from the event's main timezone.
Why are there date headers on a multi-day show? Headers make it easier to scan long runs of show across overnight or festival schedules.
Why does Contact show a venue name? Contact on a schedule item is the person you picked there. Search for the venue and choose the person (their name, email, and phone appear on the runsheet). Older items that only saved the venue name still show the venue until you pick the person again.
