Use Find (⌘K or Ctrl+K) to jump to events, bookings, settlements, payments, and contacts without leaving your current page.
How Find works
Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) from anywhere in your Account.
Type at least two characters to search.
Choose a result to open the event editor, booking slideout, settlement tab, invoice, or contact slideout on your current page.
Find searches every account and shared record you can normally see on list pages — not just what is on your filtered calendar. The calendar roster filter only narrows the calendar view; it does not limit Find results.

You can use the AI assistant to search the same records. Ask for an event, booking, or contact by name and open the match from the chat.
Common questions
Why does Find show an event that is not on my filtered calendar? The roster filter on the calendar is for scheduling views. Find always includes everything you have access to across the Account.
Can I search by roster member name? Yes — event results can match the beneficiary account on the event, not just the title.
Why does Find show a show I did not create? Another Account may have shared work they created for a roster member you both have. See Share work with other teams.
