You can offer more than one date without starting from a blank booking each time. A date package keeps each date as its own booking. A residency keeps one deal for the whole run.
Saving either one is on Pro.
Before you start
On Pro, Premium, or Enterprise you can save the dates and open the offer.
On Free you can still choose Date package or Residency and fill in the dates, time, place, and tour. Continue is replaced by Upgrade to Pro until you upgrade.
Choose the dates
On the calendar, choose Multi-Date Booking. On the bookings list, choose Add Multi-Date Booking.
Choose Package (each date is its own booking) or Residency (one deal for all dates).
Pick the dates, name the show, and set the time and place.
On Pro, continue into the offer for the first date.
You can also start from a booking you already have. Open the menu and choose Make multi-date. The same date form opens. On Free, the form stays available and the footer asks you to upgrade before it saves.
On a residency
The first date holds the deal, the contract, and the settlement. The other nights follow that status while the offer is in draft, on hold, pending, or confirmed.
After the run is confirmed, you can cancel one night on its own. That night drops off. The other nights stay.
To change the deal, open the first date. On a later night, Go to anchor booking takes you there. Edit dates on the first date opens the same dates dialog.
What the other side sees for a date package
They get one page for the package. All dates is the first view. Each date opens on that same page.
Confirm all asks before it confirms every date that is ready. A date that still needs a signature or a payment stays open. A link to one date in the package opens this same page on that date.
