Connect an assistant

Sign in from Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or another assistant so it can work with events and tours on the Account you pick.

Written by Emma

Sign in from an assistant when you want it to work with events and tours on an Account. You pick the Account during sign-in, and that is the Account the assistant can use.

Create a key when a script or app needs to call on its own, including Poly. For those steps, see Create an API key.

The public reference for both paths is https://muzeek.ai/developers.

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot

  1. Open Settings → Integrations.

  2. Find Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.

  3. Click Connect.

  4. Copy the server URL if the dialog asks you to.

  5. Follow the steps in that assistant. When you are asked to sign in, pick the Account the assistant should use.

  6. Come back to Settings. The tile should show Connected. If it still says Connect, refresh the page.

The assistant uses the Account you picked on the sign-in screen.

Assistants without a Connect tile

Use MCP for assistants that don't have a direct plugin or connection on the Integrations page. Some assistants, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot, can connect directly from Integrations.

  1. Copy https://muzeek.ai/mcp.

  2. Add that URL in the assistant.

  3. Sign in.

  4. Pick the Account.

  5. Come back to the assistant.

What the connection can do

On the Account you picked, the assistant can look up events and tours. When it creates or updates an event, it can set the title, dates, status, labels, whether the event is published, the event type, the place, the venue, and the tour. It can also add schedule items on an event.

Details, including the same connect steps, are on https://muzeek.ai/developers.

Disconnect

  1. Open Settings → Integrations.

  2. Open the menu on a connected assistant tile.

  3. Click Disconnect, then confirm.

Sign in again when you want that assistant to use the Account.

Troubleshooting

The tile still says Connect after I signed in.

Finish the sign-in in the assistant, then return to Settings and refresh. The connection is saved when you allow access and pick an Account.

I do not see a Connect tile.

Use the server URL steps above. Some products only show a custom connector on certain plans, and the Connect dialog lists those requirements when a tile exists.

I want a script or Poly, not an assistant.

See Create an API key.

I signed in to the wrong Account.

Disconnect, then connect again and pick the right Account.
